Vincent Vanhercke is the Founder and Business Lead at StaffYourTribe, an IT staffing company established in September 2018, which emphasizes a culture of transparency, personal contact, professionalism, and passion. Prior to this role, Vincent worked as a Senior Consultant in IT Development at TEKsystems, focusing on Java freelance consultancy from March 2014 to August 2018, where involvement in the recruitment of IT specialists was central. Vincent also gained experience as a trainee at Xenarjo, a self-employed insurance advisor at Ergo Insurance, and provided support for database management at Roche Diagnostics. Early career experiences include event planning at Wolters Kluwer and logistics support at Makro Cash & Carry België. Vincent holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Communications from KU Leuven and a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Management from HUB-KU Brussels.
