Stephen Shragg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal and consulting roles. Currently serving as Director of Discovery Consulting at Consilio LLC since August 2003 and as Owner/Chief Operating Officer at StaffworkX/Black Tie Event Services, Inc. since June 2015, Stephen has demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects and leading teams. Prior roles include Senior Litigation Paralegal at Irell & Manella LLP and various paralegal positions at respected firms such as Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP and Heller Ehrman. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara and a Master's degree in Architecture from UCLA.
