Jim Thibodeau has extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as President of StaffScapes since February 1996, where the focus is on providing comprehensive payroll and human resource solutions. Thibodeau was the Chapter Director and Treasurer for the Colorado Walleye Association from January 2005 to October 2008, coordinating events and managing financial activities. Additionally, Thibodeau contributed as a Board Member of the Broomfield Chamber of Commerce between 2004 and 2006, promoting local businesses and economic growth. Previous experience includes roles at REI as a Department Manager for a decade, and as a Director for Mountainsmith, ensuring high-quality customer service for outdoor enthusiasts. Early career experience includes working as a tennis court groomer at Cheverly Swim & Racquet Club Inc. Thibodeau holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning from the University of Maryland, obtained in 1989.
