Sam Young is a Systems Administrator at CMIT Solutions of Cincinnati East since September 2024, with previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist II at Alternate Solutions Health Network and as a Tier II Help Desk Technician at SugarCreek. At Alternate Solutions, Sam focused on improving processes through automation using PowerShell and played a key role in managing account resets and user access. In earlier roles, responsibilities included quality assurance and device preparation for new hires, as well as providing white-glove support and workstation setup utilizing Microsoft Intune and Azure. Sam holds a degree in Information Technology from MyComputerCareer and a high school diploma from Norwood High School. Additionally, an ongoing home lab project has been active since April 2023.
