Amber Hale is a Senior Contract Specialist at Stafford Consulting Company, Inc., since April 2022, following over two decades of service in the United States Air Force, where roles included Contracting Squadron Superintendent, Government Purchase Card Program Manager Level 3, Contracting Officer, and Information Manager. Amber Hale holds a Master's of Acquisition Management from American Graduate University, an Associate of Arts in Contracts Management, and an Associate of Applied Science in Information Management from the Community College of the Air Force, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Park University.
