Rachel Mack is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and service delivery operations, currently serving as President of Staffing Solutions Enterprises since January 2013. Mack has held multiple roles within the company, including Vice President of Recruiting & Service Delivery Operations, focusing on innovative recruitment strategies and improving client partnerships. Previous positions include Manager of Talent Acquisition Strategy and Customer Experience Manager, where Mack implemented unique recruiting projects and enhanced candidate experiences. Prior to rejoining Staffing Solutions Enterprises in 2006, Mack worked as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Avon Products Inc. and as a Recruiter at National City Bank. Rachel Mack holds a Master's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State University and a BA in Political Science and Business Management from Marietta College.
