Alicia Barker is an experienced executive with a strong background in human resources and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc., Alicia also holds the position of Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer and Independent Director. Prior to this, Alicia founded Act II Consulting, offering executive and personal coaching along with human resources consulting services. Alicia's previous roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at BARKER Advertising & Interactive and Vice President of Human Resources at both Hudson North America and Grey Group. Alicia began career progression as Human Resources Director at Nicholson NY and as Manager of Human Resources at Grey Group. Alicia holds a degree from the University at Albany.
