Veronica Castellanos, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resource Director at Staff Management Group LLC since January 2019. Previously, Veronica worked as a Human Resource Consultant for Triton Benefits and HR Solutions from 2011 to April 2017, providing HR process consultation to over 75 businesses. At Staffing Alternatives from 2005 to 2011, Veronica held the position of Human Resource Generalist/Client Service Manager, managing HR needs and developing policies for client companies. Earlier, Veronica began at Staff Management Group as a Human Resource Representative and Office Administrator between 2002 and 2005, where responsibilities included employee recruitment, training, and conflict resolution.
