Dominique Johnson has a wealth of work experience, having held positions at nine different companies since 2002. From 2002-2006, they worked as a Catering Assistant at B&E Catering. From 2006-2009, they were a Sales Support/Premium Clerk at Wyndham Vacation Ownership. From 2009-2012, they were an Insurance Specialist at the Automobile Club of Southern California. From 2012-2014, they worked as a Shop Manager at Bloomingdale's. From 2014-2016, they were a Trainer at Google. From 2016-2020, they held two roles at Uber - Greenlight Sr. Expert and Partner Support Representative. In 2020, they were a P&C Licensed Claims Adjuster at USAA. Finally, since 2021, they have been a Global Operations Partnership at Bird, where they are responsible for global support processes and operations for B2B contractors.

Dominique Johnson graduated from Monrovia High School in 2003 with a High School diploma. In July 2020, Dominique obtained a Public Adjuster certification from the Texas Department of Insurance.
