Fabienne Fini currently serves as Leiterin Stab Entwicklung und Kommunikation Arbeitsintegration Winterthur at Stadt Winterthur since February 2024 and is also an external lecturer specializing in Customer Experience and Employee Experience at ZHAW Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften since August 2021. Previous roles include Managing Consultant for Customer Care and Customer Experience at PIDAS, where Fabienne led a consulting team and managed diverse projects focusing on digitalization and automation. At Die Schweizerische Post, responsibilities included oversight of Customer Experience Management and market research with a focus on strategic implementation and team leadership. Fabienne holds a Licentiate degree from the University of Zurich and a CAS in Innovation, Customer Experience Management, Service Design from ZHAW, with certification in Integral Coaching expected in June 2024.
