Noémie Rinckenbach is currently serving as a Sachbearbeiterin für Bürgerbeteiligung, Veranstaltungen, Gremien und Verfahrenssteuerung at Stadt Frankfurt am Main since March 2024. Prior experience includes a role as PR Manager at KuppingerCole Analysts AG from May 2022 to February 2024, and a Digital Communications Intern position at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, where contributions were made to agriculture-related projects in sub-Saharan Africa. Additional experience encompasses roles in HR and internal communication at Capsule Technologies as an intern, trilingual interpretation and customer management at Seafolly and other agencies, and volunteer hosting roles. Noémie's academic background includes multiple degrees in Philosophy from The Philipp University of Marburg and Université Paris-Sorbonne, along with a license in Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
