Andrea Fahrni is currently the Leiterin Administration Personaldienst at Stadt Bern, overseeing the Direktion für Bildung, Sport und Soziales since January 2023. Prior to this role, Andrea served as Applikationsverantwortliche Umantis and HR Sachbearbeiterin Bewerbungszentrum at login Berufsbildung AG from September 2018 to December 2022. Previous experience includes being a Temporary Project Collaborator at Innosuisse, and leading Marketing and Communication at Payrexx AG, where responsibilities encompassed marketing, communication, HR, support, administration, and partial accounting. Andrea began the professional journey in human resources at Stiftung Transfair, with roles ranging from Praktikantin to Sachbearbeiterin Personalwesen. Initial training included a Kaufmännische Berufslehre at Berner Kantonalbank and various qualifications in HR, culminating in the HR Fachfrau with eidg. Fachausweis from Feusi Bildungszentrum in 2022.
