Wouter Hermans currently serves as a Site Manager and Site Engineer at Stadbader Contractors BV since September 2020, where involvement includes managing Project Aperam with a budget of €10,000. Prior experience includes roles as a job student and volunteer at Provincie Vlaams-Brabant from July 2014 to August 2020, and an internship as a superintendent for dredging works at Jan De Nul Group in late 2019. Wouter has also completed an internship at Aswebo from February to June 2018, contributing to the extension of a regional road and the construction of two bicycle tunnels and the renovation of a bridge over the Albertkanaal. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering in Construction from Hasselt University (2018-2020) in collaboration with KU Leuven, and prior studies at Hogeschool PXL from 2015 to 2018.
