Andrew Jackson started their work experience in 1996 as an Account Executive for Ensemble (U.S. Web), where they focused on high-level business and systems development using Microsoft Technology. Andrew then moved on to Kingsearch, Inc in 1997 as a Senior Search Consultant, specializing in executive and technology search consulting for engineering, telecommunications, and IT companies. In 1998, they became the General Manager at Innovative-Stadium People, overseeing strategic direction, day-to-day management, and business development for both their Corporate Staffing and Stadium People divisions in the events industry.
