Dave Verbist is a seasoned professional in the real estate valuation and consulting field, currently serving as a Senior Valuer and Advisor at Stadim since October 2013. Previously, Dave held the position of Junior Project Manager at Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen, contributing to one of the top elder care organizations in Flanders from August 2010 to October 2013. Earlier experience includes project oversight of construction projects at F.I.V.B. from 2005 to 2010 and serving as an Assistant Project Leader in scaffolding construction at ALBUKO in early 2005. Dave's academic background includes a Postgraduate degree in real estate from KUL and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering in Construction and Land Surveying from Hogeschool Antwerpen, complemented by specialized training in real estate calculation using Excel.
