Previously, Nicholas served as Director of Product at LeagueApps and held the position of Chief Operating Officer at MaxOne, contributing to strategic growth and operational excellence. Additionally, Nicholas was Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at TeamSnap and Co-Founder & CEO at GymDandy. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems and Marketing from the Wisconsin School of Business, obtained between 1997 and 2001, and graduated from North Fond du Lac High School in 1997.
