Amber McKinley Craft has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Amber most recently held the position of Director of Culture & Team Development at Stadia, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Culture & Team Development Manager at the same company, where they facilitated and administered human resources functions for a large staff across multiple states. Amber also served as a Culture & Team Development Administrator, supporting the VP of Culture & Team Development.

Before their time at Stadia, Craft worked as a Project Bookkeeper at Urban Loft Publishers, where they ensured financial integrity for church plants. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Johnson University, including Young Alumni Coordinator & Office Manager, Assistant to the Executive Vice President & Director of Advancement, and Academic Support Specialist. Lastly, they worked as a Hospitality Coordinator at Lake Aurora Christian Camp & Retreat Center.

Amber McKinley Craft attended Johnson University from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications over the years. In 2019, they became a QuickBooks Certification holder from QuickBooks Online Professional. In 2017, they acquired a Social Marketing Certification from Hootsuite. The following year, in 2018, they obtained a Raiser's Edge NXT certification from Blackbaud. Moving forward to 2020, they received two certifications: one as a Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Social Specialist and another as a Reports and Data Specialist from Salesforce. In 2021, Amber obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Continuing their pursuit of professional development, they achieved a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2022. Lastly, in 2022, they became an Asana Ambassador, and just recently, in 2023, they earned the IDI Qualified Administrator qualification from IDI, LLC.
