Joseph Lebourgeois currently serves as a physical preparer for both U19F and U16F teams at Stade Malherbe Caen since September 2023, focusing on planning collective training sessions, evaluating physical capabilities, and overseeing individual rehabilitation sessions while promoting nutrition awareness. In March 2024, Joseph gained experience through a two-week observational internship with the U19F N elite team at En Avant Guingamp, closely collaborating with the physical preparer and coaching staff. Previously, from November 2022 to June 2023, Joseph acted as a Territorial Referee Judge for the French Handball Federation and served as an assistant coach for the U11 category at Vikings Business Club, implementing tailored training programs. Joseph holds a Licence in Sports Coaching from Université de Caen Normandie, complemented by a DUT in Biological Engineering and a Scientific Baccalaureate with SVT option.
