Varun Hari has a diverse work experience in various industries. Varun started their career at ABB as a Process Engineering Intern, where they conducted successful research on gas chromatography columns. Varun then worked at Cornell University as a Visiting Scientist, performing computational studies on perovskite solar cells and assisting with graduate program administration as a Peer Advisor. Varun then joined Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Process Engineer, where they performed process validation studies for biologics and acted as a lead investigator for quality events. After that, they worked at Roche as a Master Data Manager, where they created a process intelligence tool for commercial biologics. Most recently, Varun worked at Procter & Gamble as a Senior Manager, managing strategic projects within healthcare and leading global cross-functional matrix teams. Varun will be joining the STADA Group as the Director of Global Quality Strategy in 2023.
Varun Hari pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning from 2008 to 2011. Varun then went on to obtain their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Chemistry from the same institute from 2011 to 2013. Finally, they pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University in 2013-2014.
