Ana Castanho is a seasoned IT professional with a robust background in enterprise architecture and ERP innovation. Currently serving as Director of IT Enterprise Architecture at STADA Group since March 2022, Ana previously held the position of Head of IT ERP Architecture & Innovation at Infineon Technologies from September 2014 to March 2022. Ana's expertise is further demonstrated through roles as Board Member of the Portuguese SAP User Group and as a member of the Ibero America SAP User Group from May 2011 to August 2014. Earlier career milestones include serving as Information Systems Director at Ensul Meci, where Ana established IT Shared Services, and managing the SAP Customer Competence Center in a position that involved delivering complex programs and preparing business cases. Ana's foundation in industrial engineering was built during tenure at Delphi, focusing on quality and continuous improvement, and began with consulting roles that involved business reengineering projects. Ana holds an MBA in Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
