Elisa Huang has a diverse range of work experience across various industries. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Fact Checker for San Francisco Magazine. In 2004, they joined Time Inc. as an Assistant Editor for Real Simple magazine, where they wrote stories and assisted with photo shoots and press events until 2006. Elisa then worked at Condé Nast as an Associate Editor for Bon Appétit from 2007 to 2011. During their time there, they gained experience in editorial management and content production. In 2011, they joined GOOD Worldwide Inc as a Special Projects Editor, where they successfully produced co-branded editorial campaigns with prominent media partners. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Editorial Manager for co-branded and sponsored content at GOOD Worldwide Inc, working with globally recognized brands and overseeing project management and workflow supervision. Elisa then transitioned to the University of Southern California, where they worked as a Managing Editor from 2014 to 2022. In this role, they produced stories on various topics and led editorial production for USC's official quarterly publication. Currently, Elisa is working at Stacker as the Deputy Managing Editor, responsible for editorial management and content partnership collaborations. Elisa also holds the position of Head of Editorial Partnerships, overseeing the development of content standards and strategies. Throughout their career, Elisa has demonstrated expertise in content strategy, project management, and collaboration with brands and media partners.
Elisa Huang has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communications from the University of California, Berkeley. Elisa also received a Publishing Certificate from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, specifically from the Columbia Publishing Course. In addition to their formal education, Elisa obtained a certification in SEO for Content Writing from Yoast.com in March 2018.
