Kesem Frank has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2014. Kesem began as a Program Fellow at Creative Destruction Lab, then became a Co-Founder at nuco in 2016. In 2018, they took on roles as a Mentor at both Founder Institute and Techstars, and a Director at Bicameral Ventures. In 2019, they held Director roles at both Velocia and Stablecorp Inc., and in 2021 they became Chief Technology Officer at 3iQ Corp and Director at Neoflow. Kesem currently serves as Chief Maven at Mavennet.

Kesem Frank obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management between 2013 and 2015, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. Kesem then obtained their LLB from The University of Hong Kong in 2009-2010, with a field of study in International Business Law. Finally, they obtained their Bachelor of Laws (Cum Laude) and Bachelor of Business (Cum Laude) from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) between 2007 and 2011, with a field of study in International Business.
