Robert Riley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Robert began their professional journey at Taste Of Savannah in 2007 as an Assistant Manager, where they gained skills in cooking, customer service, and marketing. Robert then worked as a Head Counselor at Winder-Barrow Brad Akins YMCA, overseeing a team of counselors and managing the day-to-day activities of a summer day camp. In 2009, Robert joined Verizon (Cellular Center) as a Sales Representative and Troubleshooter, where they traveled between stores to educate associates, support customers, and sell Verizon products and services.

Continuing their career in customer service, Robert joined Chico's FAS, Inc. in 2012 as a PHD Help Desk technician, providing technical support to store associates and assisting with sales and troubleshooting. Robert then worked at Leapfrog Services as a Technical Support Specialist, collaborating with various teams to deliver comprehensive customer support for cloud services and backup utilities.

In 2013, Robert joined Tesla Motors as a Product Specialist, responsible for sales, delivery, and educating customers on electric vehicles. Robert later became the General Manager at The Bury, LLC, overseeing a team and handling sales, event planning, inventory management, and bookkeeping.

From 2014 to 2015, Robert worked as an Assistant Manager at Simply Mac - Apple Specialist, where they excelled in sales and service of Apple products. Robert then joined Rollins, Inc. in 2015, starting as an Application Support Specialist, providing training, troubleshooting, and QA testing for Rollins' CRM and iOS applications. Robert later became a Support Center Supervisor, managing a team of remote employees and providing coaching and training for technical support.

Most recently, Robert joined Stable Kernel in 2023 as a Business Analyst, contributing their expertise in analyzing business requirements and supporting the development team. Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated strong communication and customer service skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for technology and innovation.

Robert Riley completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended the University of North Georgia, although the duration and degree obtained are unknown. Robert also completed their high school education at Apalachee High School. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Confluence Fundamentals Badge and the Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in June 2023. Robert also obtained the certification titled "Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: US Employees Edition 2023" from Traliant in June 2023.
