Stephany Somopawiro has had a progressive work experience in the field of human resources. Stephany worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V. from April 2011 to March 2015. Following that, they joined GOw2 Energy Suriname N.V. as a Jr. Human Resources Officer from April 2015 to November 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Officer at Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V. since November 2019.

Stephany Somopawiro obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Applied Science and Technology Suriname. Stephany pursued their studies from 2013 to 2020.
