Anwar Kasiemkhan has extensive experience in engineering and inspection roles, currently serving as a Superintendent Inspection and Inspection Engineer at Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V. since September 2015. Anwar previously worked as an Inspector at Shell from December 2019 to August 2022 and as a Process Engineer at Tronox Pigments (Holland) BV from September 2013 to August 2015. Anwar's early career included an internship as a Graduate Intern at Inashco, focusing on sensor-based optimization, and a position at Nyrstar that involved variable cost calculations and mercury removal projects. Anwar also has a background in education, having served as a Teaching Assistant in both secondary education and at TU Delft. Anwar holds a Master’s degree in Minerals Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Earth Sciences from the same institution, along with additional studies at prestigious universities in Europe.
