Paul Woo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and project management across various companies. Currently serving as the Customer Access Software Manager at STAAR Surgical since April 2019, Paul is responsible for the e-commerce website, OCOS. Prior to this role, Paul was an Engineering Project Manager at Panasonic Avionics Corporation, overseeing the development of advanced In-Flight Entertainment Systems and customized software solutions for commercial airlines. As an Engineering Manager at FutureLogic, Inc., Paul transformed the engineering culture by implementing a defined software engineering process. Paul's career began at Xerox / HCL America, where Paul managed software development teams throughout various project phases. Paul holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from UCLA.
