Zoe Cooper is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, marketing, and aquatics management. Since October 2010, Zoe has held multiple positions at the Swimming Teachers Association, currently serving as Commercial Director, where responsibilities include leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, expanding business opportunities, and maintaining key stakeholder relationships. Zoe has also been the Swim Academy Manager and performer with Aquabatix since June 2007, showcasing talents in professional synchronized swimming for various global events. Previous roles include Aquatics Coordinator at The Amateur Swimming Association and Club and Volunteer Development Officer at Shropshire Council, with extensive experience in event management, project development, and strategic planning. Currently pursuing Chartered Marketeer status from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Zoe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Health, and Exercise from Staffordshire University.
