Yu Lu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations and development within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Chief Business Officer and Head of WuXi TIDES at STA Pharmaceutical, a WuXi AppTec Company, since August 2021, Yu Lu previously held multiple leadership roles at the same organization from June 2012 to June 2021, including Vice President of Business Operations and Senior Director of Marketing and Business Development. Prior to this, Yu Lu worked as Associate Director of Business Development at Huahai US and held scientific positions at Vertex Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Merck & Co. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, an M.S. in Chemistry from Duke University, and a B.S. in Chemistry from Peking University.
