Vinson Lee currently serves as Executive Director and Head of Engineering and Facilities at STA Pharmaceutical, a WuXi AppTec Company, overseeing the design and construction of the Singapore site while ensuring compliance with GMP, FDA, and HSA regulations. Previously, Vinson held roles at Novartis BioProduction Operations Singapore, where responsibilities included leading site engineering functions and supporting site strategy, and at Roche Singapore Technical Operations, managing utilities operations during facility start-up. Additional experience includes senior engineering positions at Abbott Manufacturing and Merck Sharp & Dohme, focusing on utilities systems and facility management. Vinson holds a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Western Sydney Macarthur.
