Carme Cantos is an experienced professional in business development and sales within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Business Development Director at STA Pharmaceutical, a WuXi AppTec Company, since April 2022. Prior roles include Sales Director at AmbioPharm and Sales Manager positions at both AmbioPharm and Apotex Pharmachem Inc. Carme has a strong background in project management and business development from tenure at Enantia, S.L. and has academic experience as a researcher and associate professor at the University of Barcelona. Carme began an early career as an editorial assistant at Elsevier, Tetrahedron Letters, following the completion of a PhD in Organic Chemistry from The University of Manchester and a Licenciatura en Ciencias Químicas from Universitat de Barcelona.
