Cissi Janssen

Cissi Janssen has extensive experience in customer service and internal communication within the retail and energy sectors. Currently, Cissi serves as the Responsible for Internal Communication and Education at Convenience Retail for St1 Sverige AB since September 2012, focusing on communication directed to franchisees and managing an education academy. Cissi was previously the Head of Customer Service at the same company, overseeing a 30-person team handling customer services for both private and corporate cards in Sweden and Finland. Prior roles include Customer Service Team Leader for the Euroshell Card at St1 Energy AB and various positions at AB Svenska Shell, including Customer Service Center Team Leader and Sales Support. Cissi's early career includes visa handling and bookkeeping at the Embassy of Sweden in Kampala, Uganda. Cissi holds a degree in Economics Administration from Östra Real, Ek Stockholm, graduated in 1986.
