Mary Perkins has over 30 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and leadership across various nonprofit and community-focused organizations. Currently serving as a Recruiter and Human Resources Coordinator at the St. Vincent de Paul Society of San Francisco, Mary has previously held roles at Clough Construction and Conservation Corps North Bay, where expertise in psychology contributed to effective recruitment and staff development. As Executive Director at the YMCA of San Francisco, Mary led strategic initiatives in outdoor environmental education and volunteer management, earning recognition for excellence in programming. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
