Ava Gautreau is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in the food and beverage industry, teaching, and marketing. Currently serving as the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at The St. Regis Aspen Resort since June 2022, Ava previously held the role of Food and Beverage Voyager at the same location. Prior experience includes teaching English as a Second Language at Chokchai Hatairat School, where collaboration and innovative lesson planning enhanced student engagement. As a Marketing and Media Intern at Gordon Technologies, LLC, Ava contributed to brand awareness through the creation of promotional materials and an interactive website. In earlier roles, including General Manager at Fat Pat’s Bar & Grill, Ava successfully optimized operations, reduced labor costs, and facilitated staff training to improve customer service, following a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
