Ben Getter is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Talent Sourcing Partner at St. Peter's Health Partners since March 2020, with a progression through various talent acquisition roles. Previously, Ben Getter spent over 14 years at Target in multiple leadership positions, including Executive Team Leader for Human Resources, where responsibilities included overseeing store operations, talent management, and project execution. Additionally, Ben Getter has experience in aquatic program management as the Assistant Aquatics Director at Mohawk Valley Community College and in retail management as an Assistant Manager at Frosty's Ice Cream and Sub Shoppe. Ben Getter holds a Master of Science in Literacy from the State University of Cortland and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from SUNY Oneonta.
