Louise Seeba currently serves as the Executive Director of the St. Paul Public Housing Agency, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Louise held the title of Supervising Attorney and General Counsel for the Public Housing Agency of the City of Saint Paul from June 2004 to April 2024. Louise Seeba's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Doctor of Law from Albany Law School, and studies in Statistics, Operations Research, and Economics as a visiting student at University College London. Additional education includes attendance at the University of Minnesota Law School.
