Lori Thomas is an experienced church musician with a background in parish music. Since May 2015, Lori has served as a Church Musician at St. Paul Lutheran Church, providing musical leadership by playing prelude, postlude, and offertory pieces, accompanying hymns weekly, and collaborating with the pastor in planning worship services. In addition, Lori holds the title of Organist/Music Director, where responsibilities include assisting with worship planning, performing on the organ and piano during all services, selecting music, and directing the choir. Previously, Lori worked as a substitute organist at St. Andrew Lutheran Church in 2014, leading liturgical worship with a Fritts pipe organ. Lori has a strong academic foundation, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Parish Music from Concordia University-Portland, completing courses from 2011 to 2014.
