Ousmane Senghor currently serves as the Recovery Practitioner IOM Lead at Turning Point since October 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Work and Learning Practitioner at St Mungo's, and a Career Specialist position at the National Career Service since October 2022. In addition, Ousmane has been working as a Recovery Practitioner at St Mungo's Broadway since September 2015, and held the position of Senior Employment Advisor at Get Set UK from June 2021 to October 2022.
