Thomas Snell is an experienced Development Manager at St. Modwen since September 2021, following a five-year tenure at Network Rail where roles included Senior Development Surveyor (Property) and Development Surveyor. Prior to that, Thomas held positions as a Graduate Surveyor and a Land and Planning Placement Student at Barratt Developments plc, and gained initial experience as a Placement Student at Yorkshire Water. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Real Estate from Sheffield Hallam University, which was completed in 2016, after attending Bilborough College from 2010 to 2012.
