Maggie Breuner is an experienced educator currently serving as the Pre-Kindergarten Lead Teacher at Giddens School since January 2024. Prior to this role, Maggie held positions as the Lead Preschool Teacher at North Queen Anne Child Care and as the 2/3 Lead Teacher at Aurora School. Maggie's teaching journey includes experiences as a 4th Grade Resident Teacher at Mills College Children’s School and a 2nd Grade Resident Teacher at ASCEND K-8. Additionally, Maggie worked as a Preschool Teacher at Hearts Leap North School, focusing on emergent curriculum for young learners, and as a Pediatric Mental Health Specialist at Seattle Children's, providing support to patients and families in a therapeutic setting. Maggie holds a Master of Education in Elementary Education and Teaching from Mills College and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology/Education from Pitzer College.
