Nicholas Wachira Nyaguthii is an experienced educator currently serving as a Global Perspectives and History Teacher at Yew Chung International School of Chongqing since August 2024. In addition to this role, Nicholas works as an International Examiner for Pearson and a Content Reviewer for Clastify, where responsibilities include reviewing History Extended Essays and Theory of Knowledge submissions. Since June 2019, Nicholas has been an Examiner for Cambridge A Levels History and has served as an IB History Examiner since April 2018, focusing on the moderation of Historical Investigations. Previously, Nicholas coordinated the Extended Essay and Theory of Knowledge programs at Nairobi Waldorf School Trust from March 2022 to August 2024 and taught multiple subjects including IGCSE History and Global Perspectives at St. Mary's School from January 2015 to February 2022. Nicholas holds a B.ED in Secondary Education and Teaching from Moi University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
