Pamela Aden is a highly experienced physical therapist and studio owner with a diverse background in rehabilitation and training. Currently, Pamela serves as the Owner and Trainer at The Spiral Space, A Gyrotonic Studio since October 2018, while also working at St. Mary's Medical Center in San Francisco as a physical therapist in the Pelvic Rehabilitation Program and Inpatient Therapy since July 2013. As the Owner of Encore Performance Therapy Services since September 2010, Pamela has also held positions as a physical therapist at In Motion Sports and Orthopedic Physical Therapy from March 2005 to September 2012 and as the Lead Physical Therapist at Saint Francis Memorial Hospital--Center for Sports Medicine from July 1997 to March 2005. Pamela holds a Master of Physical Therapy from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
