Joel Drzycimski has extensive experience in audio production and technical coordination, currently serving as Production Coordinator at St. Mark's Lutheran Church since June 2020, where responsibilities include managing production elements for services and events, mixing live and broadcast audio, and overseeing volunteer tech positions. As a Freelance Producer since August 2014, Joel operates from home to produce audio on a contract basis, utilizing Logic Pro X for recording, mixing, and editing. Previous roles include Information Technology Technician at Mason City Community School District, Technical Assistant and Audio Engineer at various churches, and Student Technician at the University of Northwestern - St. Paul, where technical proficiency and leadership in audio-visual production were consistently demonstrated. Joel holds Bachelor's degrees in Electronic Media Communication and Biblical Theological Studies from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul.
