Jim Tero is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing and industrial sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at PrestonEastin, Inc., and General Manager at S&T Manufacturing, Jim has held prominent positions including General Manager at Chart Energy & Chemicals, Divisional Manager Fabrication at Matrix Service Company, and Vice President of Operations at Kloeckner Metals Corporation. Notable achievements include directing operations across multiple plants with revenues exceeding $435M, improving profitability, and successfully leading a turnaround project as President at Ozark Steel. Jim holds a BA in Business Administration Finance from Oklahoma State University, earned between 1985 and 1987.
