Matthew Slaiwa is a highly experienced professional with a solid background in business administration and management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Wareena Options since April 2023, Matthew has also held roles as a Residential Specialist at The Arc of San Diego since May 2020, and as a Supportive Employment staff member at St. Madeleine Sophie's Center since November 2019. Additionally, Matthew has been involved with Home of Guiding Hands as an RST since January 2015. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from San Diego State University, and ongoing studies in finance from Grossmont College, along with a High School Diploma from El Cajon Valley High School.
