Grace Ramirez, MSW, currently serves as a social worker care manager at St. Luke's University Health Network since May 2023. Prior to this role, Grace worked at Senior LIFE PA from March 2022 to May 2023, overseeing social work case management for up to 40 members, providing social service support, and updating Plans of Care. Experience also includes a graduate student internship at Pocono Mountain Recovery Center, work as a primary therapist at Clearvision Health and Wellness, and roles as a counselor assistant and case manager at Pinnacle Treatment Centers. Grace holds a Master of Social Work from PennWest Edinboro and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
