Steve Rosebrook, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at St. Lukes Community House since May 2023. Prior to this role, Steve held several positions at Community Health Systems from January 2015 to May 2023, including HR Manager for Projects and Development, Training Specialist/Project Coordinator in HR Field Operations, and Recruiter/Senior Human Resource Specialist. Steve also worked at Comdata as an Implementation Training Specialist II from October 2010 to January 2015, and at Ceridian LifeWorks as an EAP Benefit Consultant from February 2009 to October 2010. Earlier in Steve's career, a role as Regulatory Officer and Outpatient Manager was held at CCRS Compass from January 2000 to May 2006. Steve holds a Master's degree from Heidelberg College and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Findlay.
