Ryan Barker has a robust background in public policy and health, highlighted by extensive experience at Missouri Foundation for Health, where responsibilities included Vice President roles across various areas such as Responsive Philanthropy and Health Policy from 2002 to 2023. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Policy Administration with a focus on Health Policy from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Master of Social Work from the University of Cincinnati, along with a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences from Xavier University.
