Kelsey Barney is an accomplished human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at St. Leonard since November 2023. Previously, Kelsey held the position of Executive Director at Symphony at Centerville with Milestone Retirement Communities from June 2016 to November 2017. Kelsey has extensive experience within St. Leonard CHI Living Communities, where roles included Residential Care Administrator, Volunteer Supervisor, Marketing & Human Resources Associate, Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, and Intern, demonstrating a strong background in recruitment, policy development, and volunteer coordination. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Science in Long Term Health Care Administration with a minor in Business Administration from Ohio University, completing the degree from 2007 to 2011.
