Mel MacMillan has extensive experience in the support services sector, currently serving as Operations Manager for Individual Support Services at genU since October 2020. Prior to this role, Mel held the position of Consumer Services Co-Ordinator at St Laurence Community Services Inc. from August 2013 to the present. Earlier experience includes a role as a Level 3 Psychosocial and Dual Disability Support Worker at Community Living Options, Inc. from August 2012 to July 2013, and as Community Care Manager at Active Care from June 2011 to August 2012.
