Taylor M. Rudd has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. In 2015, they started as an Administrative Fellow at St. Joseph Health, where they gained experience in various departments such as Imaging Services, Laboratory, Environmental Services, Dietary, Facilities, Clinical Engineering, PBX Communications, Security, and Synergy. After their fellowship, they became the Manager of Business Operations for a brief period before being promoted to the position of Director of Hospital Operations at Queen of the Valley Medical Center. In this role, they managed multiple departments and over 200 employees. In 2016, Taylor also worked as an Online Adjunct Instructor at BYU-Idaho, teaching a course on managing technology in healthcare provider organizations. Most recently, in 2020, they joined St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing various departments and leading construction and growth projects.
Taylor M. Rudd obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Science from Brigham Young University - Idaho, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a combined Master of Science in Healthcare Administration (MSHA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, completing their studies from 2012 to 2016.
